                 Quick Home Remedy1
1) Severe cough
Grind 5 pieces of bitter cola and add 10 tablespoons of honey to it. Mix well and take a spoon 3 times daily.
ALTERNATIVELY, pill a reasonable amount of ginger, wash and slice into pieces and chew 3 pieces 3 times daily with warm water. You can slice and dry.

2) Mild cuts or wounds
Squeeze bitter leaf, get juice and apply on the area then cover the area with the squeezed leaves for 10 minutes.

3) Menstrual crams
Pill 10 garlics, slice into tiny bits and add into a litre of water. Heat mixture and drink a cup in the morning. Do same afternoon and evening. Always make sure the mixture is warm.
ALTERNATIVELY, chew bitter cola and drink half a glass of coconut water, morning and evening.

4) Fire burns
Rub affected area with pure honey daily.

5) Removing black spots
Squeeze a sizable lemon and remove seeds. Add 1 table spoon honey to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix well and using cotton, apply on affected areas morning and evening. Always allow on skin for 30 minutes before washing off.
Lemon contains a natural bleaching agent that lightens spots with time while honey has anti-bacteria properties to help fight acne causing bacteria.
ALTERNATIVELY
Wash, pill and grater a sizable potato. Then extract its juice using a clean cloth. Also grater a sizable onion and extract juice. Add 2 tablespoons of onion juice to 3 tablespoons of potato juice mix well and add 3 tablespoons of squeezed lemon juice. Carefully stir all 3 liquids and put in glass bowl or container. You can store for up to 7 days in the fridge. Using cotton, apply to affected areas and wash after 30minutes daily.

6) Hair loss
Massage your scalp with African shea butter morning and evening. Do not heat shea butter to melt it. Use it like that and make sure to massage affected area well.
